Like any trainer, my first clients were friends and family. For me, my first online clients were my parents. I was going to school in Florida while they were in Michigan so it was really the only option I had to train them. After a lot of tinkering and perfecting they were both making great progress and I knew that this was something that could really work for people.       <image:caption>Starting May 1st, ending May 31st, you will be given a workout program formulated to help you lose weight. Programs are delivered via app where we can track your progress and you can ask questions whenever they arise. Along with the workouts, you will be given detailed nutrition guidance to follow in order to hit your goals. You’ll still have freedom to eat the way you like but with some guidance. Diet and exercise are only part of the solution though. Outside of meal time and gym time we have some tips and habits for you to build that will make a huge difference in your weight loss.
